Delivery Details

1. Shipping and Charges:
Truelife Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Truelife is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 working days from the date dispatch or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Truelife is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Truelife is proud to use Payment Gateway of EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted. 

2. How long will it take to receive the ordered products? 
Truelife attempts to process every order upon receiving the payment and ship/dispatch within 2 working days. Normally you should receive your ordered products in 5-7 working days. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering.

3. Delivery Policy: 
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on Phone: 98072- 07070. Truelife has partnered with genuine transporter for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

B. Payments
1. What are the payment options available at Truelife? 
The payment options we support are: 
• Credit card 
• Net banking 
• Debit card 
We provide option of EBS Payment Gateway which processes all credit cards, debit cards and net banking transactions over secured encrypted connection.

2. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option? 
No. Truelife does not offer this option to pay cash on delivery of products at present.

3. What should I do if my payment fails? 
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Truelife. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
• Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking) 
• Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process  If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days.
You can get in touch with customer support team with your order number or send an E-mail to our customer support team for any clarifications.

C. Return/Modify/Cancel
1. Can I return products if I am not fully satisfied with? 
To ensure your shopping experience with Truelife is completely hassle-free, we provide you the option to return products only if there are a quality issue with the product. To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and resalable condition. You can place a request for returns through Customer Support Team within 30 days from the date of dispatch your product. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details. 

2. Can I cancel the order after it is placed? 
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on his or her own, once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. 

3. Can I modify my order after placing it? 
We understand that in cases, you may want to add or delete new products or make changes in the ordered quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Support Team immediately.

D. Ordering & Tracking
1. How do I check the status of my order? 
You can check the status of your order by contacting Customer Support Team by quoting your order number. 

2. How can I track my product shipment? 
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with the tracking number along with the service provider name. 

3. How will I know if order is placed successfully? 
You will receive an email confirmation from Truelife once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
